Your Calendar is the big picture — every reminder, meal, workout, holiday, and event you've set up, laid out by day. Here's how to use it:
📅Navigate months — Use the arrows or tap the month and year dropdowns to jump to any month.
🔵Color-coded dots — Each dot on a day represents a different type of item. Tap any day to see the full list of what's happening.
💪Workout details — If a workout is scheduled, tap View Exercises inside the day popup to see full sets, reps, and notes.
✨Everything syncs automatically — Items from Reminders, Meals, Workouts, and Deals all appear here with no extra steps.
